kpktoto's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
